Return & Exchange Policy
At TRESO, every piece is created in limited numbers and passes through careful inspection before it reaches you.
Our pieces are designed to hold their value, which is why our return and exchange process is defined with clear and strict terms.
Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that fail these checks will be returned to the customer, and no credit note will be issued.
Credit Notes & Exchanges
- No monetary refunds will be provided. Instead, approved returns will receive a credit note equal to the order value.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed at treso.in.
- Exchanges are processed via credit note and depend on availability.
Exceptions
- Signature Edition pieces, custom orders, and international purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Final acceptance of any return rests with the TRESO Quality Control team.
Logistics
- Customers may return pieces using any secure, trackable courier service.
- On request, TRESO can arrange a reverse pick-up. The logistics cost will be deducted from the issued credit note.
- TRESO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Processing Timeline
Once a returned piece is received and approved, the credit note will be issued within 7–10 working days.
